Summerhill: Delran NJ Neighborhood Overview
Welcome home to the development of Summerhill, located in Delran, NJ.
Summerhill is unique in that it’s the only development in Delran to have condo’s, townhomes and single-family homes. Built in the mid to late ‘90s it’s a very popular development and conveniently located between Hartford and Creek Roads providing easy access to all major highways including Rt. 38, 130, 295 and the Turnpike. It is also right down the street from the new Hartford Corners shopping center so getting groceries at ShopRite, renting a movie at Blockbuster or getting supplies at Lowe's is a snap! If you have young children and need daycare, there is also a new Goddard school right across Hartford Road!

Condominiums – Single story condo's have run between $170k to $200k on average over the past year. Two story condo’s tend to run between $200k to $215k.
Townhomes - Most of the townhomes are 3 bedroom and many have garages. Styles also vary between 2 or 3 stories and some have private backyards. Townhomes in Summerhill run anywhere between $225k up to $290k on average.
Single-Family Homes – The homes in Summerhill vary between 3 and 4 bedroom styles. The 3 bedrooms have run between $340k to $400k with 4 bedroom models going $365k to $450k over the past year. These homes also have a fair amount of yard with most ranging around .18 to .25 acres and all have 2 1/2 baths.
